Clothing shops

Sound familiar?

  • Chaand raat, and the network's jammed.

Billing runs on your counter computer, so the queue keeps moving.

  • You can't see which sizes and colours are left.

Stock is designed to be kept per size and colour, with a low-stock warning before you run out.

  • Exchanges mess up your stock and your cash.

An exchange is recorded as new entries, never an edit, so stock and cash both stay right.

Chaand raat, 11 PM

The network's jammed. The queue keeps moving.

Every sale is rung up and printed at the counter. "Lawn 3-piece, M, teal: 2 left." Nothing waits for a signal.

Raseed needs the internet only to activate a computer, renew its licence now and then, and sync phones that are away from the shop.

Sales rung up offline: 46.

Load-shedding too? The UPS keeps the counter computer running.

Exchanges that keep the books straight.

A return is a new entry, not an edit, so your stock and your cash always add up, and the history shows exactly what happened.

An exchange is three entries: the sale, its reversal and the new sale.Illustration with sample data.
Read this diagram as text
  1. The first entry is the sale: Lawn 3-piece, size M, teal, Rs 5,500.
  2. The return is a new entry that reverses it: minus Rs 5,500, and the suit goes back into stock. The first sale is never edited.
  3. The exchange is another new sale: Lawn 3-piece, size L, teal, Rs 5,500.

  4. The money never passes through Raseed.

Mistakes are fixed with a reversal entry, never an edit. How money stays exact

Ask Raseed AI

Raseed AI is being built to read your own records on your own computer and answer like a sharp munshi: what's selling, who's late, what to stock before Eid. It's designed to work inside your shop, not by sending your books to someone else's server.

ExampleSample data

You asked: Eid se pehle kaunsa lawn khatam hoga?

Raseed AI answered: At this week's pace, Lawn 3-piece (M, teal) runs out 6 days before Eid. Reorder 40?

  1. Raseed AI is an early-access feature in development.
  2. It is designed to answer questions from the records on your own computer, in English or Roman Urdu.
  3. Examples: who usually pays late, what runs out before Eid, how much to prep for Friday, which medicine runs low next week.
  4. In the picture, your records and Raseed AI sit together inside your shop; a path outside it, labelled "Your books uploaded to an AI service", is crossed out.

Early access: these are examples of a feature in development, made from sample data.
