Sound familiar?
Hundreds of monthly bills, made by hand.
Invoices are made for every active subscriber each month and marked overdue when they're not paid.
Agents collect cash with no proof.
Agents record every collection on their phone, with a receipt, even in a basement market with no signal.
"I already paid."
Every payment is on the subscriber's record with who collected it, when and how. Corrections are new entries, so the history can't be rewritten.

Bilal's in a basement market with no signal. 12 payments are saved on his phone.
Back in range, they sync to Khan Net's computer by themselves, in order, once each. The office confirms them, and every subscriber's balance is right.
Raseed needs the internet only to activate a computer, renew its licence now and then, and sync phones that are away from the shop.
Saved on Bilal's phone: 12.

How payments are recordedAsk Raseed AI
Raseed AI is being built to read your own records on your own computer and answer like a sharp munshi: what's selling, who's late, what to stock before Eid. It's designed to work inside your shop, not by sending your books to someone else's server.
You asked: Is mahine kaun late pay karega?
Raseed AI answered: 12 subscribers in Zone B paid late three months running. Remind them on the 3rd?
Based on 6 months of sample payment records

- Raseed AI is an early-access feature in development.
- It is designed to answer questions from the records on your own computer, in English or Roman Urdu.
- Examples: who usually pays late, what runs out before Eid, how much to prep for Friday, which medicine runs low next week.
- In the picture, your records and Raseed AI sit together inside your shop; a path outside it, labelled "Your books uploaded to an AI service", is crossed out.
Early access: these are examples of a feature in development, made from sample data.
Questions internet providers ask us
Agents use the Raseed Android app. They see the subscribers in their zones, record each collection with a receipt, and their phone syncs with the shop computer.
The phone saves every collection. When it can connect again, on the shop's Wi-Fi or over the internet, the collections sync to the shop computer by themselves.
No. Every update is numbered on the device that made it, so a payment that arrives twice is recognised and ignored, and a missing one is asked for again.
Yes. Your office staff or agents record the payment with its transaction ID against the invoice. Raseed doesn't process the payment; it keeps the record and prints the receipt.
