Delete your Raseed account

In the app, in the portal, or by a call-back.

Deleting your account signs you out on every phone and browser, ends your access at every shop you work at, and erases your name, mobile number and email from our cloud. It can't be undone.

Three ways to delete it

In Raseed Business

  1. 1Open Raseed Business and unlock it with your PIN.
  2. 2Tap Account, then Delete my account.
  3. 3Type your password, then tap Delete my account.

Deleting needs the internet.

In the portal

  1. 1Sign in to the Raseed portal with your mobile number or email.
  2. 2Open Account, then Delete my account.
  3. 3Type your password, then press Delete my account.

Forgot your password?

Ask for a call-back: we call your registered number and delete the account once you confirm.

  1. 1Send us your name and the mobile number on the account.
  2. 2We call that number.
  3. 3Once you confirm on the call, we delete the account.

What deleting removes

  • Your name, mobile number and email: erased from our cloud at once.
  • Your password, and every sign-in: every phone and browser is signed out, and their sign-ins are deleted at once.
  • Your access at every shop you work at: it ends at once. Each shop's owner is told, in the portal's bell, that a person with the phone app deleted their account, without your name.
  • What Raseed Business kept on your phones: the phone you delete from erases it at once, after telling you how many collections haven't reached a shop's computer and will be lost. Any other phone signs out when it next goes online; what it saved for a shop and hasn't handed over stays sealed on it, for that shop's computer alone, and goes to it the next time the phone is on the shop's Wi-Fi.
  • Envelopes in our sealed mailbox from or to your phones: deleted with your sign-ins, at once.

What stays

  • An empty row in our cloud, with no name, mobile number or email, so old records still point somewhere.
  • What shops keep on their own computers. If you work at a shop, its records of your work (your name in its staff list, what you did there and, if it saw where its phones were, your positions for 90 days) stay with it. They are the shop's records, and they were never in our cloud.
  • Each link you had to a shop, marked ended, with no name, mobile number or email: for one year, then it is deleted. Notices in a shop owner's bell that named you say "A deleted account" instead.
  • Your mobile number is free again: you can make a new account with it later.
  • A shop you owned and closed: it stays in our cloud, marked closed, with its details, branches, computers, plan, payments to Softapplic and the notices in the portal's bell, for now with no end date. Deleting your account takes your name off it only if the shop was named after you.

If you own a shop

An account that owns a shop can't be deleted while the shop is open. Close the shop in the portal first, or ask us and we'll help.

What we keep while you have an account, and for how long, is in our privacy policy.
